Our modern fitness facility features a wide range of weights and cardio machines, while our experienced personal trainers are available to provide expert guidance. For a little extra motivation, join one of our virtual fitness classes. These focused group exercise classes are available to all members, accessible from anywhere in the world via Zoom.

Our classes include:

  • A variety of yoga classes to accommodate all levels, including vinyasa yoga, yoga with core strength, and yoga with strength training
  • Fitness classes focused on core, upper body, lower body, high-intensity workouts, and overall body mobility
